The minimum contract term is 12 months. Maximum contract term 25 years. All contracts can be ended by providing The Protect Group™ with one months written notice. This product is administered fully by TPG back office contracted agents.

The trading business has not been threatened with a winding up petition or liquidation or Administration proceedings. There are less than 3 CCJ's or Court Decrees in the past 12 months. All assets that are to be covered are in the ownership of the business or the directors of the business.
